Individual Counseling

  • A young girl with glasses and a pink dress playing fetch with a brown curly-haired dog in a grassy backyard with trees and outdoor chairs.

    Kids

The language of children, is play. They learn and express themselves through play. This is why Animal-Assisted Play Therapy works; it meets kids on their own terms.

Through targeted interventions, kids build self-esteem as they take care of Archie, empathy if he gets scared or tired, and confidence as they teach him new tricks. They have fun, and best of all, learn skills they can take with them.

  • A young woman with dark hair tied back, dressed in a black hoodie, sitting on a green chair, holding and cuddling a small fluffy brown poodle puppy with a black harness in her lap, in an indoor setting with a bulletin board on the wall behind her.

    Teens

Anxious? Depressed? Just going through a lot? In this space you will find rest, a place to exhale, rejuvenate, and find peace. We have a judgement free zone and the best part: Archie never tells on you.

  • A woman with glasses and brown hair sitting on a chair, holding a small curly-haired brown dog on her lap. The woman is wearing a blue shirt and a black jacket, and is smiling.

    Adults

Offered virtually, we utilize CBT to help clients work through life's ups and downs. Without judgement, we seek to validate your experience. No, you aren't crazy. Your feelings make sense. We remind you that "yes, you are worth it." Make this a time to take care of YOU.
